looking for lawyers to work in scotland

I am desperately looking for representation up in Scotland. I have several clients that are going through the court process all alone. Every lawyer I have contacted flatly refuses to discuss any type of abuse case. This is so wrong and I am amazed at the lack of help in Scotland. Please, any advise would be greatly appreciated?
